Baptist is the underwriting sponsor of a monthly health newsmagazine show called Smart Medicine, which is broadcast on WKNO-TV Channel 10. Hosted by news anchor Joe Birch, the news program features various Mid-South medical and health experts discussing the latest health news and services available in the area.

 Recipes
GRILLED SALMON CAESAR SALAD
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh salmon filet
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Blackened seasoning
Romaine lettuce
Light Caesar dressing of choice
Whole-grain croutons
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then cover pink side with a thin layer of seasoning.
2. Place fish skin-side down on foil. Grill 3-5 minutes.
3. Flip filet, remove skin and continue grilling until flaky (approximately 3-5 minutes).
4. Wash lettuce and dry. Shred into large mixing bowl with lid.
5. Add dressing, croutons and cheese conservatively and shake to mix well. Add additional ingredients to taste.
6. Empty salad onto dinner plates, then top with salmon filet.
Serves 2.
