GARDEN-FRESH GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:
3 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 can Mexican Rotel tomatoes
1/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Mash avocados and mix ingredients well.
Serves 6.
