Baptist is the underwriting sponsor of a monthly health newsmagazine show called Smart Medicine, which is broadcast on WKNO-TV Channel 10. Hosted by news anchor Joe Birch, the news program features various Mid-South medical and health experts discussing the latest health news and services available in the area.

 Recipes
FROSTED FLAKES CHICKEN
Ingredients:
2 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 box Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes®
8-10 pieces chicken
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove the Frosted Flakes from the box and with a rolling pin, begin to crush up the cereal (this works best while it is still in the bag or you can transfer it to another type of bag).
2. Beat the egg and milk together in a shallow pie dish to make an “egg wash." Pour the flour into another bag. After the chicken has been rinsed off and patted dry, begin the breading process.
3. Put a few pieces of chicken in the bag of flour and toss gently. Remove the bag and dip the chicken in the egg wash, making sure to cover the entire piece. Remove from the egg wash and place chicken pieces in the Frosted Flakes bag. Shake around until the entire piece is coated.
4. Put chicken pieces in a glass baking dish and bake for approximately 1 1/4 hours.
