EASY CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients:
2 cups diced chicken meat
1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups thinly sliced celery
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of pepper
Cashews for garnish
Directions:
1. Toss diced chicken meat, celery, parsley, and pineapple in large bowl.
2. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and pepper; fold into chicken mixture.
3. Refrigerate.
