Chocolate-Peanut Butter Smoothie


½ cup 1% milk (may use skim if preferred)
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 frozen sliced ripe banana
1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla low-fat or fat-free yogurt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

Servings: 2
